If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if your order arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Contact our customer service experts within 14 days of delivery for standard items or at any point under our 5-year guarantee for rose health concerns.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Submit your order number and, if applicable, clear photographs of the rose or product to help our horticulturalists assess the issue.
- 3.Package Your Items
Ensure non-living goods are returned in their original packaging; for plant returns, follow our specific instructions to ensure the rose is protected during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a healthy replacement during the appropriate planting season.
